Abstract For tunnel deformation analysis using traditional measurement methods to obtain section data, there are problems such as small data coverage and low efficiency. 3D laser scanning technology has the advantages of automatic, high precision efficiency in collecting point cloud target object, can completely accurately express entity. Based on acquired by scanner, engineering modeling research is carried out this paper. Firstly, survey reconstruction shield were based technology. The total station layout control was used scan subway platform interval, high-precision obtained. Secondly, a random sampling consistency algorithm proposed extract results axis cross section. Finally, established stretching setting method. Taking Yuzhu Tunnel planning acceptance project an example, experimental show that method effectively visualize overall tunnel, provide accurate scientific spatial for measurement, operation maintenance.
